Digital Jewish Missions History Project
This collection consists of (mostly) primary source documents from the history of missions to the Jewish people. All material here, to the best of our knowledge, is in the public domain. Exceptions are for copyrighted materials for which permission has been given to post on the site (and notice of such permission will be posted in such cases).

This project is being conducted under the auspices of the Lausanne Consultation on Jewish Evangelism (LCJE; www.lcje.net). The project coordinator, Rich Robinson, is research librarian at Jews for Jesus and a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.Div.) and Westminster Theological Seminary (Ph.D.). To a people of promise ... the message of Messiah. Working alongside local churches, Christian Witness to Israel has been sharing the message of Messiah with the Jewish people for over 150 years. It is a non-denominational, international and evangelical organisation with workers in Australia, Bulgaria, France, Hungary, Israel, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

We believe that the Jewish people's greatest need is to know Jesus their Messiah. In order to help meet this need, we provide appropriate literature and run an evangelistic website www.shalom.org.uk. We also host outreach events and provide training for Christians who wish to share the gospel with their Jewish friends, neighbours and colleagues. In addition we aim to combat anti-Semitism in all its forms and to teach Christians about the debt we owe to the Jewish people. Our magazine is produced quarterly and is sent free-of-charge to Christians throughout the world.
